2-Day Southern California MTB Escape

$450 per person. Accommodations are separate.

Basecamp: Private 10-Acre Hillside Estate with On-Site Guest Homes

Day 1 – Friday Evening: Rider Briefing, Poolside Martinis & Fire Pit Welcome

Arrive Friday evening at our private 10-acre hillside estate, tucked into the quiet hills where country calm replaces city noise. Though it feels worlds away, vibrant local markets and eateries are just a short drive down the hillside.

After settling into your private guest home, we’ll gather for a short rider briefing. This helps us learn more about each guest’s skill and comfort level so we can match the terrain to the right experience — whether you’re looking for a scenic cruise, flowing singletrack, or more technical black diamond challenges. We cater to all levels of riders.

From there, join us by the resort-style pool and hot tub for Poolside Martinis. Watch the sunset fade over the hills with a chilled drink in hand, setting the perfect tone for the weekend.

For those who want to stretch their legs after travel, a five-minute hike from the pool up the hill rewards you with sweeping ocean views — the perfect spot for photos or a quiet moment before the evening begins.

Later, gather around the fire pit for drinks, food, and relaxed conversation under the stars.

Overnight: Guest Home on the estate

Day 2 – Saturday: Santa Monica Mountains, Ocean Views & Golden Hour Trails

Breakfast by the Pool

Wake to the sounds of nature and enjoy a chef-prepared breakfast poolside — fresh coffee, seasonal fruit, and light fare, with hills rolling out around you.

Morning Ride – Santa Monica Mountains National Park to the Ocean

We’ll ride through the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, one of California’s most iconic landscapes. Trails wind across chaparral-covered ridgelines and sandstone cliffs, with panoramic overlooks of the Pacific Ocean. Along the way, keep an eye out for soaring red-tailed hawks, grazing deer, and vibrant wildflowers that light up the trails in season.

👉 For advanced riders, we can tailor the route to include black diamond trails — steep technical climbs, rocky descents, and advanced singletrack that deliver an added thrill.

Lunch at a Local Brewery or Tapas Spot

After the ride, we’ll refuel at a favorite local brewery or tapas restaurant — enjoying craft flavors that showcase the region’s laid-back food culture.

Poolside Recovery & Optional Massages

Return to the estate in the afternoon to relax by the pool, with optional poolside massages available for those looking to fully recharge before the evening ride.

Afternoon/Evening Ride – Golden Hour Loop

As the day cools, we’ll head out for a sunset ride through nearby ridgelines and canyons. Golden light bathes the mountains and ocean in warm colors, offering the perfect close to an active day.

Evening Fire Pit Fun

Dinner and drinks back at the estate flow into another evening by the fire pit, swapping stories under the stars.

Overnight: Guest Home on the estate

Day 3 – Sunday Morning Ride & Departure

Breakfast by the Pool

Enjoy a final breakfast by the pool, soaking up the country calm before one last adventure.

Morning Ride – Ridge & Canyon Adventure

We’ll finish with a shorter loop — ridge climbs and fast canyon descents — with chances to spot coastal wildlife and take in final sweeping views of the hills. Advanced riders can again opt for a more technical black diamond loop for one last adrenaline hit.

Before departure, you can also revisit the five-minute hilltop hike to soak in one last ocean panorama.

Lunch at a Local Tapas Spot or Brewery (Optional)

If your schedule allows, join the group for one last local meal before departing.

Depart late morning or early afternoon, refreshed, recharged, and inspired.
